Nutrition for women who powerlift

We will be offering regular recipes and nutritional tips especially suited to busy women that powerlift. It is important to keep your energy levels up but making sure that you are eating the right things. We also offer to build customised training programs if you prefer to do your own thing. We will give you personalised training program once you have completed it.  Please note that we can offer a free trial training program.
